Accommodation for retreat style course's

For courses happening at Namaste Esperanza's head quarters in Nova Scotia students are given two options to choose from for there stay well attending classes

• Work Stay  $97.75 (tax included)

Work Stays are discounted overnight accommodation and meals based on an exchange for work which may
include cooking, cleaning, chores, yard work, or other jobs as needed.

• ​Regular Stay   $143.75 (tax included)

One night accommodation and three meals at Namaste Esperanza,.
